BRAZIL

Financing in Brazil is still not possible for foreigners without a proper Brazilian ID and registration.  However, financing is available to those that fulfill banks requirements.

GERMANY

Financing in Germany has become more accessible to all kinds of investors. Our local team, will be able to help you through the entire process and find the best solution to your project.

PANAMA:

The banking system is one of the best developed of the region. With two official banks and more than one hundred national and international banks, makes Panama a serious competitor in the global banking system.

One of the only challenges of financing property investments in this market is that banks require a personal meeting with the investor in Panama. 

In addition, all personal mortgages require a life insurance and the health test must be taken by the bank's chosen laboratory.  Once these requirements are fulfilled the process is really easy and straight forward.

Additional Details

Most emerging market banks require for you to visit the country where the property is.  The prefer holding a personal interview before releasing the loan offer.  While this is starting to change, please expect to travel to the country of your investment.
